Anthony A. Frank is an emergency management and school safety professional with practical experience in emergency operations, school safety planning, vulnerability assessments, training and exercises, disaster response, recovery, and interagency coordination.

Mr. Frank holds a Master of Arts degree and maintains professional development through FEMA, ICS-based training, and emergency management professional programs.
